• Akshardham Water Show tickets
• Accommodation for 6 Nights
• Breakfast & Dinner (MAP Plan)
• All local sightseeing as per itinerary
• Private vehicle for transfers & sightseeing
• Fuel, driver allowance, toll tax & parking

The Above Cost Doesn't Includes—

• Air ticket / Train ticket
• Entry tickets at monuments (Smritivan, Aina Mahal, Prag Mahal, Vijay Vilas Palace etc.)
• Lunch, snacks, tea & beverages not mentioned in the plan
• Early check-in and late check-out at all hotels
• Travel insurance & other personal expenses
• Parking, permit, toll & entry tickets at sightseeing places
• Items of personal nature such as portage, tips, laundry, telephone calls, mineral water etc.
• Any extra service consumed by the guest (payable directly)
• Tips, porterage, laundry, telephone calls, mineral water etc.
• Water activities / ATV rides at Mandvi beach
• Any additional expenses caused by reasons beyond our control such as natural calamities (cyclone, floods, earthquake, landslide, snowfall etc.), flight delays, rescheduling or cancellations, accidents, medical evacuation, strikes, riots etc.
• Surcharge during peak season (if applicable)
• GST (if applicable)

TERMS AND CONDITIONS—

• No refund for unused services.
• Room allocation as per hotel policy & availability.
• No refund claim for hotel service dissatisfaction.

Cancellation Policy—

 If Full Payment Made:

• If any cancellation 30+ days prior to arrival 50% will be charged on the basis booked 
• If any cancellation 29 - 16 days - 75% will be charged on the basis booked
• If any cancellation 15 - 00 days - 100% will be charged on the basis booked
• No refunds during peak seasons (Holi, Bengali New Year, Summer Vacation, Puja, Diwali, Dec 15 – Jan 31, Feb 07th - 14th) 

If Advance Paid Only:

• 80% of advance retained 
• 20% refundable 

Management holds rights to alter itinerary due to natural or political circumstances. Any additional payment to be made on the spot.

PAYMENT POLICY—

• 50% advance required for booking confirmation.
• Balance payable 15 days prior to journey.
