  • No refund will be made for any unused accommodation, missed meals, transportation segments, sightseeing tours or any other service. Such unused items are neither refundable nor exchangeable.
  • Room allocation is done by the hotel depending upon availability at the time of check-in in the category of room as specified on your confirmation voucher.
  • No refund shall be claimed, if the services & amenities of the hotel were not up to your expectations, it will be considered on a case to case basis.

 

Cancellation Policy—

  • If any cancellation 30 days prior to arrival 50% will be charged on the basis booked 
  • If any cancellation 29 - 16 days - 75% will be charged on the basis booked
  • If any cancellation 15 - 00 days - 100% will be charged on the basis booked

Tour Planning

  • Day 1

    DIMAPUR  –  KOHIMA (80 km 2 hours)


    Meet & Greet at Dimapur airport. Then we will be heading towards Kohima which will be around 2 hrs journey. En - route enjoy the beautiful roads.  After reaching check into the pre booked hotel. Evening is free for personal activities & rest for the night at Kohima.

  • Day 2

    KOHIMA  -  HORNBILL  -   KOHIMA 


    After breakfast in the morning, we will take you to Kisama Heritage Village, for a full day. Observe the different tribes performing and to soak up the atmosphere of this great event. Enjoy cultural dances, War dance, Folk dance, Indigenous games, Music, Fashion show, Handloom, Handcrafts, Local cuisine, Local drinks, etc ( all 16 major tribes ). Evening enjoy the local market & rest for the night at Kohima.

  • Day 3

    KOHIMA  -  HORNBILL  -   KOHIMA 


    Morning after breakfast, we will be heading towards Kisama Heritage Village. The day is at leisure to enjoy the famous Hornbill festival. Feel the powerful atmosphere, loaded with joy & happiness. Evening return back to hotel & rest for the night at Kohima. 

  • Day 4

    KOHIMA LOCAL SIGHTSEEING 


    Morning after breakfast, we will go for the local sightseeing tour of Kohima. At first we will visit Khonoma village which is located about 20 km west from Kohima. The village is referred to as Khwüno-ra (named after the Angami term for a local plant, Glouthera fragrantissima). The total population of the village is about 1943, settled in 424 households. It is the first green village in India. Then we will return back to Kohima & we will visit Nagaland State Museum, Kohima War memorial. After sightseeing we will return back to hotel & rest for the night at Kohima. 

  • Day 5

    KOHIMA - DIMAPUR  DROP 


    Morning after breakfast, we will start our return journey to Dimapur. After reaching drop at Dimapur airport / railway station for onwards journey. Here the journey with us end with some wonderful memories!
