The Above Cost Includes—

• All accommodation on double sharing with daily breakfast and Dinner .
• All transfer & sightseeing as per itinerary in private vehicle basis assigned as per package.

The Above Cost Doesn't Includes—

• Air Ticket / Train Ticket
• ILP (Inner Line Permit)
• Beverages and other meals not indicated in the program
• Early check-in and late check-out at all hotels
• Travel Insurance and other personal expenses
• Parking, permits, toll, and entry tickets
• Items of personal nature like portage, tips, laundry, telephone calls, mineral water, etc. 
• Any extra service consumed by the guest (payable directly) 
• Any additional expenses caused by reasons beyond our control such as natural calamities (typhoon, cyclone, pandemic, floods, earthquakes, landslides, snowfall, etc.), flight delays, rescheduling or cancellations, accidents, medical evacuations, riots, strikes, etc.
• Surcharge for peak season (if any)
• GST

TERMS AND CONDITIONS—

• No refund for unused services.
• Room allocation as per hotel policy & availability.
• No refund claim for hotel service dissatisfaction.

Cancellation Policy—

 If Full Payment Made:

• If any cancellation 30 days prior to arrival 50% will be charged on the basis booked 
• If any cancellation 29 - 16 days - 75% will be charged on the basis booked
• If any cancellation 15 - 00 days - 100% will be charged on the basis booked
• No refunds during peak seasons (Puja, Diwali, Dec 15 – Jan 31) 

If Advance Paid Only:

• 80% of advance retained 
• 20% refundable 

Management holds rights to alter itinerary due to natural or political circumstances. 

PAYMENT POLICY—

• 50% advance required for booking confirmation.
• Balance payable 15 days prior to journey.
