Cancellation Policy—

 If Full Payment Made:

  • If any cancellation 30 days prior to arrival 50% will be charged on the basis booked 
  • If any cancellation 29 - 16 days - 75% will be charged on the basis booked
  • If any cancellation 15 - 00 days - 100% will be charged on the basis booked
  • No refunds during peak seasons (Holi, Bengali New Year, Summer Vacation, Puja, Diwali, Dec 15 – Jan 31, Feb 07th - 14th) 

 

If Advance Paid Only:

  • 80% of advance retained 
  • 20% refundable 

Management holds rights to alter itinerary due to natural or political circumstances.

Tour Planning

  • Day 1

    Day 01: Arrival Jammu – Patnitop

    • Meet on arrival at Jammu and transfer to Patnitop.
    • Check-in to your hotel.
    • Afternoon sightseeing: Nathatop, Nag Temple, Billo ki Pawri.
    • Return to hotel in the evening.
    • Dinner & Overnight stay at Patnitop.
  • Day 2

    Day 02: Patnitop – Bhaderwah (98 km / 2.5 hrs) 

    • After breakfast, drive to Bhaderwah, also known as Mini Kashmir.
    • Explore the scenic valley with its dense deodar forests and meadows.
    • Arrive and check-in at hotel.
    • Dinner & Overnight stay at Bhaderwah.
  • Day 3

    Day 03: Bhaderwah – Kishtwar (85 km / 2.5 hrs) 

    • Morning drive to Kishtwar, famous for its Blue Sapphire mines and lush valleys.
    • Visit the famous Chowgan Ground and enjoy the mountain scenery.
    • Check-in to hotel.
    • Dinner & Overnight stay at Kishtwar.
  • Day 4

    Day 04: Kishtwar – Kokernag (140 km / 4.5 hrs) via Sinthan Top & Verinag

    • After breakfast, proceed to Kokernag, passing through Sinthan Top and Verinag
    • Visit Rose Garden and Botanical Garden.
    • Enjoy breathtaking views of the alpine region.
    • Dinner & Overnight stay at Kokernag.
  • Day 5

    Day 05: Kokernag – Doodhpatheri (110 km / 3.5 hrs)

    • Morning drive to Doodhpatheri, located in Budgam district at an altitude of 8,957 ft.
    • Explore green meadows, cold streams, and colorful wildflowers.
    • The milky white streams flowing through the valley give the name “Doodhpatheri.”
    • Overnight stay in Doodhpatheri (Hotel / Guest House).
  • Day 6

    Day 06: Doodhpatheri – Gurez Valley (162 km / 6 hrs) via Bandipora & Razdan Top 

    • After breakfast, drive to Gurez Valley through Bandipora and Razdan Pass.
    • En route, enjoy magnificent views of Wullar Lake and Madhumati River.
    • Check-in to the hotel at Gurez.
    • Dinner & Overnight stay in Gurez Valley.
  • Day 7

    Day  07: Gurez Local Sightseeing – Drive to Kupwara (150 km / 5 hrs)

    • Visit Dawar & Tulail Valley, Habba Khatoon Mountain, and Habba Khatoon Spring.
    • Later, drive to Kupwara and check-in to the hotel.
    • Overnight stay in Kupwara.
  • Day 8

    Day 08: Excursion to Lolab & Bangus Valley

    • Morning visit to Lolab Valley (15 km) and Bangus Valley (44 km).
    • Discover the natural beauty, forests, and streams.
    • Return to Kupwara by evening.
    • Overnight stay in Kupwara.
  • Day 9

    Day 09: Kupwara – Keran Valley (65 km / 2 hrs) – Srinagar (165 km / 6 hrs) 

    • After breakfast, explore Keran Valley, located along the LOC — where Indian and Pakistani villages are visible across the Neelum River.
    • Later, drive to Srinagar.
    • Check-in to hotel and relax.
    • Overnight stay in Srinagar.
  • Day 10

    Day 10: Srinagar – Jammu (245 km / 6–7 hrs)

    • Early morning transfer to Jammu via Banihal and NH1 Tunnel.
    • Drop at Jammu Railway Station or Airport for onward journey
