Payment Terms : 

Flight Fare: 
Always to be received in full. 

Land Package : 

• 50% payment for the Land Package should be done before 30 days from departure (except Europe) for VISA processing and as an advance to hotels for Invoice Generation which is Required for VISA processing. 
• Full payment for the Land Package should be done 30 days before departure for remittance purposes. 
• Any further delay in payment and we will not be liable for your trip. 

Cancellation Policies : 

• No Refund of Flight Fare in case of Group Tickets. 
• VISA charges are non refundable once applied/rejected by embassy/consulate 
• USD 100 is the minimum cancellation charges/PAX in case of any land package booking cancellation. 
• We are not responsible for tour cancellation due to Force Majeure clause (Expenses / Cancellations incurred due to mishaps, landslides, strikes, political unrest etc.) Additional expenses incurred due to Force Majeure Clause on the ongoing tour shall be borne by the guest on actual.
