• Additional Costs due to Flight Cancellations, Road blocks, Natural calamities and nature's.
• Any expenses of personal nature such as Porterage, laundry, and alcohol, food or drink not in the regular menus provided by mini bar, telephone calls and us.
• Any extra meals not included in the itinerary. Meals are pre-set and a choice of menu is not available.
• Anything that is not specified in the Itinerary.
• Any extra cost incurred on behalf of an individual due to illness, accident, hospitalization, or any personal emergency.
• Early check-in and late checkout are on request basis only and subject to room availability [Standard International Check – in time is 1500 hrs. and check out time is 1100 hrs. (**Subject to change as per Hotel’s policy)]
• Surcharges applicable during conventions, special events and trade fairs.
• Cost of any other services not specifically mentioned in inclusions.
• Any increase in the cost that may come into force prior to the departure date including change in price owing to fluctuation in the rate of exchange.

Terms & Condition :

• Standard check-in time at the hotel is normally 2:00 pm and check-out is 11:00 am. An early check-in, or a late check-out is solely based on the discretion of the hotel or chargeable basis . 
• Certain hotels may ask for a security deposit during check-in, which is refundable at check-out subject to the hotel’s policy. 
• Heritage properties may not have the latest amenities, but their timeless beauty has a charm of its own. 
• In case of unavailability in the listed hotels, arrangement for an alternate accommodation will be made in a hotel of similar standard.

• Booking rates are subject to change without prior notice. 
• Airline seats and hotel rooms are subject to availability at the time of booking. 
• The itinerary is fixed and cannot be modified. Transportation shall be provided as per the itinerary and will not be at disposal. 
• Air-conditioner shall be switched off during drives in hilly areas. This will be completely dependent on the driver’s discretion. 
• Vehicles provided are air-conditioned and well maintained; during the day, especially in summer, the airconditioner will take time to cool the vehicle. 
• Enjoy the beauty of monuments or sightseeing spots by paying directly for entry tickets or any other charges (unless included in the holiday services you’ve booked). 
• Sightseeing is subject to weather, political & traffic conditions. Any sightseeing missed due to natural calamities/weather conditions is non-refundable. 
• In case, if booking is confirmed & after that any person’s plan change or by reason or any casualty occur and they withdraw, then the final amount will be revised depends on subject to availability. We are not responsible for this & you’ve to pay the revised amount of package. 
• Some monuments/temples may be closed on a particular day of the week or for some days during any festivals or royal ceremonies. 
• The booking price does not include: Expenses of personal nature, such as laundry, telephone calls, room service, alcoholic beverages, mini bar charges, tips, portage, camera fees etc. 
•  Any other items not mentioned under Inclusions are not included in the cost of the booking. 
• Cost of deviation and cost of extension of the validity on your ticket is not included. 
• For any paid activity which is non-operational due to any unforeseen reason, we will process refund & same should reach the guest within 30 days of processing the refund. Also, for any activity which is complimentary and not charged to Travelites & guest, no refund will be processed. 
• If your flights involve a combination of different airlines, you may have to collect your luggage on arrival at the connecting hub and register it again while checking in for the onward journey to your destination. 
• The package price doesn’t include special dinner or mandatory charges at time levied by the hotels especially during New Year and Christmas or any special occasions. Travelites shall try to communicate the same while booking the package. However, Travelites may not have this information readily available all the time. 
• In case your package needs to be cancelled due to any natural calamity, weather conditions etc. Travelites shall strive to give you the maximum possible refund subject to the agreement made with our trade partners/vendors. 
• Travelites reserves the right to modify the itinerary at any point, due to reasons including but not limited to: Force Majeure events, strikes, fairs, festivals, weather conditions, traffic problems, overbooking of hotels / flights, cancellation / re- routing of flights, closure of /entry restrictions at a place of visit, etc. While we will do our best to make suitable alternate arrangements, we would not be held liable for any refunds/compensation claims arising out of this.
