The Above Cost Includes—

• Exclusive Non a/c vehicle for transfers & sightseeing. Please brief to guests that the vehicle will not be at disposal; it will be available to guests as per itinerary only (point to point basis).

The Above Cost Doesn't Includes—

• Air Fare / Train fare.
• Meal
• Parking fees & entry fees (as per itinerary).
• Personal Expenses such as Laundry, telephone calls, tips & gratuity, mineral water, soft & hard drinks, rafting, rock climbing, paragliding, joy ride (Toy Train), porterage.
• Additional sightseeing or extra usage of vehicles, other than mentioned in the itinerary.
• Entrance Fees & Guide charges.
• Any cost arising due to natural calamities like, landslides, road blockage, political disturbances (strikes), etc (to be borne by the client, should be directly payable on the spot).
• Any increase in taxes or fuel price, leading to increase in cost on surface transportation & land arrangements, which may come into effect prior to departure.
• Room Heater Charges
• Insurance.
• Anything which is not included in the inclusion.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS—

• No refund will be made for any unused accommodation, missed meals, transportation segments, sightseeing tours or any other service. Such unused items are neither refundable nor exchangeable.
• Room allocation is done by the hotel depending upon availability at the time of check-in in the category of room as specified on your confirmation voucher.
• No refund shall be claimed, if the services & amenities of the hotel were not up to your expectations, it will be considered on a case to case basis.

Cancellation Policy—

• If any cancellation 30 days prior to arrival 25% will be charged on the basis booked 
• If any cancellation 29 - 16 days - 50% will be charged on the basis booked
• If any cancellation 15 - 08 days - 75% will be charged on the basis booked
• If any cancellation 07 - 00 days - 100% will be charged on the basis booked

PAYMENT POLICY—

• We would be delighted to plan your holiday and confirm your reservation depending upon the availability from the hotels at the time you will make payments.
• You can make the payment in any of the below mentioned accounts through NEFT/ RTGS, online transfer and by cash or cheque deposit.
• Minimum 50% of the total package cost will be accepted as the booking amount.
