  • Based on the feedback received from our guests over the last 3 years we provide you with hotels with maximum guest satisfaction and best value for money. There are no 5 star properties in the region and very few with any star ratings at all.
  • The mentioned hotels will be confirmed as per the room availability at the time of booking. Otherwise we will confirm similar category hotel.
  • DELUXE: 3 star equivalent with average room tariffs of Rs 3000+ per room per night.
  • STANDARD: 1 to 2 star equivalent with average room tariffs of Rs 1500+ per room per night.
  • For 2 Guests travelling together we provide 1 room on double occupancy.
  • For 3 Guests travelling together we provide 1 room on triple occupancy with an extra mattress.
  • For 4 Guests travelling together we provide 2 rooms on double occupancy.
  • For 5 Guests travelling together we provide 1 room on double and 1 on triple occupancy with an extra mattress.
  • For 6 Guests travelling together we provide 3 rooms on double occupancy.

  • In standard package For 1 to 3 Guests travelling together we provide Indica/WagonR/santro
  • In standard package For 4 to 6 Guests travelling together we provide Sumo/Bolero/Max
  • In deluxe package For 1 to 3 Guests travelling together we provide indigo/Dezire/etios
  • In deluxe package For 4 to 6 Guests travelling together we provide scorpio/xylo/Innova
  • Our drivers are very well informed with the entire region and would ensure that they take the guest to all the places mentioned in the itinerary.
  • Vehicles used as per Itinerary on point to point basis.. However guest has to pay extra for any extra usage other than itinerary in km/hr rate.
  • In this sector the same vehicles will not be providing for the entire tour, it will be changed sector-wise. So we request you to inform the same to your guest to avoid any circumstance and please ensure that you do not leave your belongings in the vehicle as there is very little possibility of getting them back. Always check your baggage before leave the vehicle.
  • Maximum guests allowed in Innova / Scorpio / Xylo is 6 including children above 4 years. If the no of guest is more than 6 then they will have to take 1 more vehicle at an extra cost.
  • In case the guest is opting for Innova / Scorpio inform the guest to travel with minimum baggage (one baggage per person). In case of excess baggage the guest will have to opt for an extra vehicle for carrying the excess baggage. The cost for this extra vehicle will be borne by guest directly.

  • We allot exclusive tour coordinator for the entire tour. The Guest may contact him / her over phone at any time in case of any emergency,
  • In case the guest requires a tour guide please let us know in advance. The same can be arranged at an extra cost.
  • There will be no refund for any unutilized services.
  • All our packages are inclusive of Breakfast and Dinner except for some places in North east. In case the Guest wishes to include other meals in the package then please refer to meals in the cost sheet.
  • Above are suggested itineraries. The right is reserved to cancel or alter any itineraries as circumstances may require. Neither Travelites nor the participating suppliers/ hotels should be held responsible for any unforeseen conditions like road block, strike/riots, illness, accidents, ‘bandhs’ etc.
  • Guests must carry passport size photographs and voter ID/Passport & for minors, photo ID proof/ Birth Certificate/ School ID.
  • Guests will carry their own Luggage & Amenities at their own risk. We are not at all liable & responsible for any sort of Damage, Theft or Loss of anything during their trip.
  • We will not at all be responsible for any un conducted sightseeing due to natural calamities. Itinerary can be shuffled or changed as per the situation
  • Vehicle will not be used at disposal basis – as per Itinerary on point to point basis.
  • All disputes(if any) to be settled under the jurisdiction of the Kolkata Municipal Corporation only

  • Child Below 5 yrs complimentary
  • Child 5 -8 yrs without extra bed will be treated as Child no Bed. And a nominal cost will be charged as per booking
  • Child above 08 years with an extra bed sharing room will be considered as 1 Guest.

  • Any confirmation is subject to an advance deposit of 25% of the package cost and has to be paid immediately, after that we can process the booking.
  • Balance Payment has to be made in advance and must be paid & as per time limit given at the time of confirmation.
  • Payments can be remitted through any of the following mode and is subject to realization.
  • Demand Draft: In favor of Travelites. payable at Kolkata
  • At Par Cheque: Issue in the name of Travelites.
  • Bank Details for Cash / Cheque Deposit will be sent at the time of confirmation.

Cancellation Policies

  • 20% deduction before 30 days from the date of commencement of the tour
  • 50% deduction before 15 days from the date of commencement of the tour
  • 75% deduction before 07 days from the date of commencement of the tour
  • No refund during less than 7 days from the date of commencement of the tour
  • The amount of refund will be returned after the deduction of the cancellation charges.
