The Above Cost Doesn't Includes—

• Any local Auto fare, Airfare, Train fare, Overland Journey which is not mentioned in the Itinerary.
  
• Any Medical / Rescue evacuation due to mishaps.
  
• Any personal nature items like Guide Charges, Coolie / Porter Charges, Laundry, Bar Bills, Table Bills, Camera fee, Hotel Boy Tips or any other item.
  
• Lunch, Evening Snacks, Mineral water / Soft or hard drinks / Sarters.
  
• Entrance Fee, Boating, Adventure Activities, Horse Riding & Helicopter Ride.
  
• Any other things that is not included in the Package Cost Includes Column.
  
• Cost incidental to any change in the itinerary/ stay on account of flight cancellation due to bad weather, ill health, roadblocks and/or any factors beyond control.
  
• Any cost arising due to natural Calamities like, Landslides, Roadblocks etc (to be borne by the clients directly on the spot.)

TERMS AND CONDITIONS—

• No refund will be made for any unused accommodation, missed meals, transportation segments, sightseeing tours or any other service. Such unused items are neither refundable nor exchangeable.
• Room allocation is done by the hotel depending upon availability at the time of check-in in the category of room as specified on your confirmation voucher.
• No refund shall be claimed, if the services & amenities of the hotel were not up to your expectations, it will be considered on a case to case basis.

Cancellation Policy—

• If any cancellation 30 days prior to arrival 50% will be charged on the basis booked 
• If any cancellation 29 - 16 days - 75% will be charged on the basis booked
• If any cancellation 15 - 00 days - 100% will be charged on the basis booked

• Any booking for peak season (Puja time & 15 Dec to 31 Jan): NIL refund

   

• No refund will be made for unused room night.

   

• The management may change / alter the tour plan due to natural calamity or political disturbances, no claim on such change or alteration will be entertained

PAYMENT POLICY—

• We would be delighted to plan your holiday and confirm your reservation depending upon the availability from the hotels at the time you will make payments.
• You can make the payment in any of the below mentioned accounts through NEFT/ RTGS, online transfer and by cash or cheque deposit.
• Minimum 50% of the total package cost will be accepted as the booking amount.
